Today I got the funniest Couchsurfing request ever!
Some Italien Guys wanted to crash my couch in a few weeks but maybe you should read for your own.

”Hey Couchsurfing Guy,
we are 2 1/2 italien guys from Milano – we want to crash your couch.
Maybe you are irritated by the “2 1/2” but yeah or friend Mario is just a half guy (he has no ballls, he is scared because of this blog). I told him many times you would never Blog about us, because we are so great.

Maybe it is better I don’t answer this…..

In the past I said:
”If you get 25 your life is over, then you are old”
Now I’m 24 so I’m scared
With 25 a mens potency is decreasing, his flexibility is decreasing and he get’s serious.

In the last few weeks couchsurfing got more and more popular in Germany.
Many newspapers writing about couchsurfing, the idea and experiences.
But as always most of the time they talk about the risks of couchsurfing.
That makes me angry.

Nobody talks about the Couchsurfing Idea, some of the “couchsurfing hosts” in the news are mostly unknown or had just one couchsurfing experience.
And thats the point if you talk about this couchsurfing “wave” you schould know what it is. No it’s not the hospitality club, it is not crashpadder, it is different.

So maybe some journalist will research a little bit more before they write about couchsurfing?

Last year I got a mail with a question about couchsurfing from a tv-newscast, they just asked me if they could ask me if they had more questions – I said yes, but until now they never wrote some questions.

So let me give you a little review of my last couchsurfer.
She was from Minesota, studying sex therapist and german.
We went out together and had a lot of fun – but to make it shorter I will just give you some experiences.
We went to a Club in Berlin, we were already a little bit drunk before we hit the Club. There she was dancing like hell (in this way i’m completly german – moving like I have a stick up in my ass) and turned the german bad dancer crazy.
An turkish guy came out of nowhere and started to dance with her, she thought he was “latin” and was a little bit schocked when I told her that he is turkish.
The next moment she wanted to escape and so my friends and I rescued her from her turkish lover with a cigaret and a funny drunk face.
Then she tried to get some “pot” for all of us, we met some spanish guys who just heared the word “pot” and turned crazy.

Funny for me, she could not believe that it was 8 am when we left the club to go home.
Jeah….thats Berlin.

So I just hosted an american girl from Minesota the last days.
She was – funny.
Believe it or not but I hosted an american sex therapist – strange.
Couchsurfing seems to be more and more crazy for me, but almost funny.

So here she is the american sex therapist from minesota.

In few days I will host a swiss girl and two chilean guys.
Hopefully it will be the same as the american girl

A few days ago I got a mail to look at crashpadder - now after I visited the site I can say some thinks about it.
Crashpadder is like Couchsurfing, but not like Couchsurfing.
On Crashpadder the people have to pay to stay in your flat - thats the biggest point of all.
And for me it is the biggest mistake of all - yeah the site is nice, good design, good usability but hey guys why the hell should I use Crashpadder when there is Couchsurfing? Why should I pay for a room?
I can’t see the big point - that’s the problem.
So if this is a business idea - congrats, couchsurfing.com is gone to kick your ass

Baaah… I love Couchsurfing - forget Crahspadder.

Couchsurfing in Berlin

So now I’m back in Berlin. I just used the last days to work on all the great experiences I had in Helsinki. It was great. But now we go on and good news for you, I’m a host again - after a 2 month break I’m back. This time I will start with a Mexican girl then a group from Scandinavia and then…we will see.
I’m excited about my new Couchsurfing experiences and about the new
Couch surfers.
So I will join the Couchsurfing Meeting in Berlin again, maybe it will be better then it was.
