Sometimes it is necessary to think “outside the box”.
Couchsurfing is a way to think “outside the box” for me, with the couchsurfing people I got many ideas and some of them are realy good.
But until now I don’t have the “balls” to start something new, fresh.
But maybe my couchsurfing people have the balls?

Couchsurfing on Facebook - or how to make a crappy Plugin for Facebook.

So fist of all - nice try, the Facebook App.
But sometimes it is better to have nothing, then just an App to have an App.
The Facebook Couchsurfing Application has until now perfomance problems, is used by maybe 5 People and looks like crap.
(Sorry to hurt you)
But it is worser then this.
No there is not just one Facebook Couchsurfing App - there are more and all of these Apps have the same problems.
So why - please tell me - why is it good to build up 3 or more facebook apps with the same problems, the same style and much better the same name?

Couchsurfing Guide in Berlin - or more a visitors Guide.

First of all I finished my Couchsurfing Stuff - so no more requests please.

But now I will write a Couchsurfing City Guide - what should you see, what could you experience and so on.

In this Guide I will show you the City of Berlin from a different view, from an insider view?
All my couchsurfers helped me to build up this guide and so it is a little bit the wisedom of the crowds.

But also you will get some personal secret tipps in my Guide.
So if you have more ideas for me - let me know!

Tv Serien - das ewige Thema, ich habe ja in letzter Zeit öfter auf einige Interessante Tv-Serien Projekte hingewiesen. Bislang ist mir aber das spannenste Konzept (vorallem weil ich die Betreiber des Blogs kenne) zu Dr. House und Fringe immernoch etwas im “Hintertreffen”.

Interessant dabei ist das sich dieses Portal nicht nur zu Fringe und Dr. House konzentriert sondern sich als ein komplett Portal versteht.

In diesem Zuge gibts nun auch ein Tv-Serien-Forum.
Klar da geht noch nicht viel aber die jungs machen mir einen guten Eindruck und 101 angemeldete Benutzer lassen doch zumindest hoffen.

Naja ich drücke Ihnen die Daumen, das wird schon mit eurem TV-Serien-Online

So the end is near.
I will finish my Couchsurfing time becouse I found a new flat and I should open a new chapter of my life.
But what happens with this Blog?

I will use it more and more in German but also I will give you some news to Couchsurfing, Craspadder and all these communities.

And maybe you get some old stories

Party or more Partey?

Your Couchsurfing Host in Berlin just had his little tiny Birthday Party.
The last – for some days / weeks (hopefully, maybe) – but to make it better at the end of the post you get some visual impressions.

But first of all the best Bar in this World is until now the Riva Bar in Berlin – love me or hate me for this, but there is no better place to be out there.

Ok maybe the Bar “tausend” but nobody knows this Bar and thats the perfect think – so forget the name
Ok a little review about the Bar “tausend” – it’s a Jazz Club, upper class but mostly free for anyone ( if you made it through the door – the bouncer is hard there). The drinks are good, the music even better and it’s quite fun to be there.
But no it’s not the Bar for typical Couchsurfing people – it’s to expensive for this.

So sorry Couchsurfing guys out there – but Berlin is not always that cheap, or more it depends on what you are looking for

A few days ago I got an comment to my first view at Crashpadder – and so I want to give some answers or more to say some good thinks about crashpadder.

Here the comment:

Primarily, the standard of rooms on crashpadder.com are, on the whole, higher. Also, there’s security to consider. As the guest pays for the room by credit card, and the host accepts payment to their bank account, both parties identities are verified.

Like I said, I love couchsurfing, in fact I suggested my kid sister used it when she next goes travelling (provided there was nothing suitable on my site, naturally!) but I think it’s wrong to say there’s no room for Crashpadder too.

Hi Stephen,

first of all – woah you give a direct comment, this is amazing. Believe me I know “Start-Ups” a little bit and because of this I’m impressed.
Even if I don’t like Crahspadder – you have your place in this world. Really I think crashpadder for it’s own is a good idea, but not to fight against couchsurfing.
And yeah I think the crashpadder guys made great work, the community is nice – the portal is usefull and the registration is easier then easy.
Thats Web 2.0 – the real one, the good feeling of this.

So take this as a compliment – it is one.
I’m until now impressed and for this I will ask Stephen for a “blog-interview” maybe he will agree?
